Dooooooo Weeeeeee!

For some reason Ethan has started calling anything stick like a “Doo Wee”.  He runs around with the patio door stick yelling “Doo Wee”.  Krystie suggested that Ethan’s new nick name should be Doowee; I think he’ll curse us later on in life.

We went to church today and Ethan was showing off as usual.  All the people sitting around us are distracting for him, which is good for us.  The only other way to keep him entertained is food.  Raisins and a muffin were the “food du jour”.

Dirty

I was walking out to the car with Ethan this afternoon and Ethan pointed at some sand on the ground and said “dirty”.
He also puts his hands out and pretends he’s turning a key every time he see’s keys.

Today at breakfast Krystie told Ethan that he needed to be changed and said “you have a wet bum”, Ethan said back “Bum”

Shampoo In The Tubbie

I worked again today but I made it home in time to help with Ethan’s bath.  Even being away for 2 days feels like forever, maybe I’m just a proud parent but Ethan seems to get smarter in those two day stretches.

Shoes And Balls

Today we went grocery shopping at the Superstore.  Ethan has a keen eye for balls and shoes, every time he spots one he points and says “Ball” and “Shoe”, however it actually comes out “Baa” and “Whoosh”.

We stopped at Shell today for gas and Krystie gave Ethan two plastic cows to play with.  She told him that cows say “Moo”, he grabbed them and said “Moo” back at her.
